Wanted: Servers who are leaders. Candidate must have a focus on customer service and sales, an attention to detail and the ability to lead a high-volume café staff.
This is a hands-on position with responsibilities that include (but are not limited to): Engaging potential customers; describing food to customers; ringing up sales; motivating co-workers to assist with guest sales; cleaning café areas and maintaining organization within the cafe.
Good and timely judgment and the ability to prioritize are a must. This is a great growth opportunity for a goal-oriented individual.
Please note: We are a small cafe that seats about 11 people and has a high volume of take-out business so, the ability to work under pressure is a must.
