Looking for a no-nonsense, experienced Line Cook or Sous Chef to run a small kitchen (3 man line).
The qualified candidate must have the following:
- an understanding of right & wrong, both pertaining to cooking skills & how to work with others
- a love for great food
- the desire to be busy, someone who embraces the incoming tickets & sees them as a challenge rather than a nuisance
- a high regard for cleanliness & organization
- a teamplayer attitude
- understands that everyone is different & seeks to understand before seeking to be understood
- that early is on time, on time is late, & late is not acceptable
- people who can vouch for them

Starting pay is $25/hr & raises can happen every 3 months if you want to do more &/or achieve more.
The job is full time: every Friday night, long days on Saturday & Sunday, mixed in with 1 day shift & 1 evening.
