Are you a caring and dedicated individual looking to make a difference in someone’s life? We are seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide exceptional care for a non-ambulant patient in the comfort of their own home.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Help with mobility and transferring from bed to chair
Medication Reminder
Assistance with eating
Maintain a clean and safe environment
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift and assist patients safely
Compassionate and patient
Requirements:
Tuberculosis (TB) Quantiferon Blood Test or 2-Step PPD Test (both ARMS)
New Hire Training
Criminal Background Check
Child Abuse Clearance
Be available Monday through Friday from 4pm until 10pm; Alternate Saturday and Sunday from 9am until 5pm
