Looking for an experienced handyman to oversee 2 building units in Philadelphia. Must have extensive knowledge and experience with repairing and maintaining general residential units, including plumbing repair, tile installation, window balances, doors, etc.
Must own full range of professional tools. Must provide references.
Hours 8a-4p, Monday-Friday
