Administrative Assistant

Consulting Practice
HOLIDAY HOURS:
Monday through Friday: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
SALARY:
$16.50 PH (After 90 days up to $2.00 pay increase) restrictions apply
$500.00 Sign on Bonus (After 90 days) restrictions apply
POSITION DUTIES
1. Answer office phones and respond to customers email inquiries.
2. Send, prepare letters, invoices and other documents.
3. Schedule and confirm clients' office appointments.
4. Contact clients' via phone and email.
5. Keeping reception and conference rooms clean after Client meetings.
6. Other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
POSITION EXPERIENCE
1. IDEALLY THIS PERSON WOULD BE FAMILIAR WITH MS WORD
2. Previous office Administration experience preferred.
3. Professional office dress attire (mandatory).
4. Must be able to follow directions and written instructions.
