We are seeking a dedicated, easy going and organized individual to join our team as a part-time Office Secretary to work TUESDAY-WEDNESDAY-THURSDAY 9-5. This position requires someone with experience and the ability to handle various tasks at once in an organized manner.
Responsibilities:
Vendor Management: You will be responsible for paying our vendors. This includes tracking all payments and purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
Statement Management: You will be in charge of managing monthly statements. This includes reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
General Administrative Duties: As an office secretary, you may also be required to perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Process Parts Returns: You will also need to schedule returns of parts to vendors and follow up with them to make sure we get credited for those returns.
Qualifications:
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
