We are a small construction company searching for a dynamic personal assistant to assist the administrative staff and help improve productivity for our in-home office. The personal assistant will be responsible for running business and personal errands and working with the administrative team to maintain ongoing business files.

Administrative responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Maintaining calendars, assisting in ensuring the owner arrives at appointments on time.

- Maintaining existing organizational systems and developing additional protocol as necessary.

- Conducting and compiling research.

- Keeping records of company vehicles and maintenance.

- Bookkeeping, managing expenses, and bill-paying.

- Maintaining inventory of office supplies and construction materials.

- Running errands for the business as needed (i.e. running supplies to job sites).

Personal assistant responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Housekeeping.

- Running errands for the home as needed (i.e. grocery shopping, scheduling doctor’s appointments, dog walking/sitting).

- Driving the owner to and from appointments.

- Overall organization of the household.

- Booking travel reservations.

The ideal candidate must have the following skills:

The ability to multitask with ease.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Discretion and confidentiality.

Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.

Ability to meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure.

Ability to give direction to others.

Strong follow-up skills.

Internet savvy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
