Position: Staffing Coordinator
Job Description:
1. Matching compatible nurses with patients/clients
2. Developing accurate schedules
3. Answering calls from and making calls to field staff and patients
4. Tracking hours and attendance of field staff
Requirements:
1. High School diploma or higher
2. Ability to deal with difficult people and issues in a professional manner
3. Ability to effectively multitask
4. Excellent organizational skills and strong critical thinking
5. Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft office (word and excel)
6. Excellent communications skills and phone manner
7. Professionalism
Hours:
Monday - Thursday 9am-5pm
Friday 8am - 4pm
