Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our security company. As a Business Development Specialist with RhynoWilliams Security Services, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze market trends.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions

- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with potential clients

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients

- Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction

Experience:

- Proven experience in business development, outside sales, or account management preferably in the security field

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in Office Suite

- Ability to work independently and meet client targets
