Independent contractor looking for a reliable and hard-working helper for light construction-related work. Must be physically fit, dependable, and able to work in a variety of conditions.
Requirements:
Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working on ladders, in attics, and in crawl spaces
Experience with power and hand tools
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Valid, clean driver’s license
Must pass a background check
High school diploma or equivalent (technical education a plus)
Prior experience in skilled trades a plus
Must be able to bend, stand, crawl, and use extension ladders
Able to independently arrive at central pickup site in Ambler, PA
Details:
Part-time: 3 full days/week. We will pay you for a minimum of 24 hours a week, with potential for extra hours during busy times.
Hourly rate: Starting rate of $25-28/hour for the first three months, with scheduled increases based on performance.
401K with matching contributions
W2 or 1099 position available. If 1099, must have general liability insurance and provide W9. Higher rates available for qualified 1099 workers (based on experience, tools, etc.)
