As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance,
repair, and installation tasks for residential clients. Your expertise in
multiple trades and your commitment to quality workmanship will ensure customer.

Responsibilities:
● Complete general handyman tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry,
painting, capping windows and appliance repairs.
● Perform routine maintenance and inspections to identify potential issues and
address them proactively.
● Install or replace fixtures, appliances, doors, windows, flooring, and other items
as needed.
● Repair or replace faulty equipment, fixtures, or parts using appropriate tools and
techniques.
● Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations during all repairs
and installations.
● Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any
concerns or questions.
● Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure the proper care and
maintenance of tools and equipment.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role.
● Proficiency in multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc
● Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently.
● Excellent communication and customer service skills.
● Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
● Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety practices.
● Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
● Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environments and conditions.
