- Conducting routine maintenance tasks such as repairing fixtures, painting, and performing minor plumbing and electrical work.
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.
- Performing inspections and identifying any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
- Keeping accurate records of maintenance and repairs completed.
- Assisting with the upkeep of common areas and grounds.
- Proven experience as a handyman or maintenance technician.
