Were a growing company and we would like to hire an Experienced HVAC Tech who WILL BE ABLE to trouble shoot HVAC equipment and has been doing so for at least TWO YEARS !
I am sorry for the clarity, But if you truly cant trouble shoot a generic Roof Top unit, We are not training you, Were looking for someone who can help us maintain and manage some 1 Million square feet of commercial and residential units,
If you just graduated school and think you are great and ready for the challenge, You're welcome to come in and take an electrical troubleshooting test, We will not send the test to you, Can only do in person at our facility,
Moving forward,
We maintain Install and service our own equipment, This allows us to make our own schedules and do repairs in house with you being one of our team of skilled Techs!
You would be the following :
Be able to work 7am-330pm Mon thru Friday.
Have a drivers license in good standing.
Be able to work as a team member and alone and remain productive.
Will be required to be on call one week every 8 weeks to do general after hour emergency calls.
Physically able to climb and carry ladders.
Have a minimum of 2 years field experience in troubleshooting HVAC equipment.
Live within 30 minutes of 19129 area code.
