5+ years of general maintenance experience,
Has your own hand tools,
Ability to work alone and with others,
Is a good self starter,
Pays attention to detail to complete tasks 100%
IS NOT ADDICTED TO YOUR PHONE, We will let you go swiftly, (Sorry for harsh truth)
Has reliable transportation,
Possess a current drivers license in good standing,
Able to take the "On Call" responsibility ONE week every 8 weeks,
Be able to pass a background check, Yes we work with schools inside our facility,
Basic knowledge and experience in, Carpentry, Drywall work, Drains, Flooring, Elec, HVAC, ECT ECT ECT,
were looking for the Tech that's able to help the team across the board!
