Growing property management company looking for highly skilled maintenance tech to service residential properties throughout greater Philadelphia. Looking to hire immediately.
Must be experienced in light carpentry, light plumbing, light electrical, painting, sheet rock, and spackling (apartment turnovers). Must have tools and transportation. Must be available for infrequent emergency calls after hours and on weekends.
Job requires moving from property to property, as needed. Must be detail oriented, thorough and ready to work. Punctuality, reliability and good communication skills are critical.
