Job description:

- Energetic & Enthusiastic Customer Service Representative Needed

Primary Function:

- Customer Service Representative is responsible for ensuring customer and vendor satisfaction through strong phone and email communication.

Job Responsibilities:

- Respond to high volumes of customer orders, inquiries and complaints via telephone, email or fax.

- Respond to requests and questions regarding products, orders and account information.

- Ability to follow simple and complex work instructions and perform tasks with little follow up or direction.

Skills and Proficiencies:

- Provide excellent customer service and support.

- 2 years minimum experience in a customer service environment.

- Team oriented with the ability to multi-task and work independently with attention to detail.

- Strong typing skills.

- Excellent communication skills with commitment to customer satisfaction.

- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.

- Must have a reliable vehicle and current drivers license.
