Our growing e-commerce business , in the garden and leisure industry, is looking for a skilled phone customer service representative to join our team. We need an enthusiastic individual willing to contact potential customers via phone regarding information that they have previously requested. The successful candidate for this role will also be willing to answer incoming calls regarding product problems, service questions and general client concerns.
Customer Service responsibilities:
Knowledge of Office and basic computer skills
