Looking for Phone in house Customer Service / Order entry for E commerce company.
Will need to Help with order entry into QuickBooks and Answer phone calls from customers.
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly communicate with customers either by telephone or electronically.
Handle and respond quickly to customer inquiries.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
Communicate efficiently and effectively.
Additional tasks/duties assigned by Management.
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Previous customer service experience with a proven record of resolving customer concerns.
Excellent communication and phone skills. Knowledge of Quickbooks. Some construction knowledge is a plus.
Highly organized with attention to detail. High degree of professionalism and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Highly motivated, organized and driven to work with a sense of urgency and resolve.
Consistently present a positive attitude and excellent customer service to our Customers.'
