Accounts Receivable Specialist

The Bradley Center is a regional behavioral healthcare organization that provides a continuum of programs including residential treatment facility, outpatient clinic and a private academic school. We strive for a workforce made up of individuals with initiative, creativity and a desire to have a positive impact on the lives of those who are struggling.We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist who can project a professional and positive image as a representative of The Bradley Center. The ideal candidate will possess working knowledge of accounting principles and billing practices along with the ability to communicate and uphold The Bradley Center’s mission and vision to our employees. Primary responsibilities include:

School Billing and Billing for Ancillary School Services

Preparing, sending out, and resolving 4605 issues to determine payment responsibility

Working with PA Department of Education to receive Ward of State approvals when applicable

Monitoring and collecting accounts receivable by contacting school districts

Reconciling Residential Treatment billing with third party billing company

Supporting other accounting and finance team members as needed

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required

BA/BS in Accounting or related field preferred

Experience in handling account receivables

Working knowledge of accounting principles and billing practices
