We\'re seeking a future team member for the role of Analyst to join our Client Service team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA and is a Hybrid position.
In this role, you\'ll make an impact in the following ways:
Works with external clients to resolve day-to-day issues and direct them to appropriate resources at BNY.
Supports clients in addressing operational and technical questions or issues and ensuring requests are executed.
Provides clients information related to BNY products and services representing a limited number of lines of business and geographies and directs them to the appropriate resources, as needed.
Monitors client inquiries and escalates non-routine or complex issues to the appropriate team member, as needed.
Participates in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience.
To be successful in this role, we\'re seeking the following:
Bachelors or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
Bachelors degree preferred
Client Services experience preferred
Financial services experience preferred

We are seeking a future team member for the role of Representative, Client Service to join our MBS (Mortgage-Backed Securities) Administration team. This role is a hybrid work schedule (3 days a week in office) located out of our Pittsburgh, PA office.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Provides quality support to clients with a portfolio of Mortgage-Backed Securities transactions processes\' by investigating errors in client accounts and statements, while routing issues that cannot be addressed at point of contact to appropriate team
Checks for incoming wires, sets up cash swings and reconciles funds for moderately complex transactions and processes
Downloads investor reports in order to process monthly distributions and input billing information for processing
Resolves any overdraft and uninvested cash items
Assists others on the team when needed, including on ad hoc projects
Reviews daily open items to ensure proper follow-up and closure
To be successful in this role, we\'re seeking the following:
Bachelor\'s degree or the equivalent
1 - 2 years of work experience
