As a Business Systems Analyst Sr. within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland OH, or Birmingham, AL.The individual must be: A self-starter, experienced working with fraud prevention tools across multiple retail and commercial products and channels. Flexible and an out-of-the-box thinker, driven to understand and solve problems. Work well with a team on small to large projects. Knowledgeable with respect to project documentation, data mapping, Agile methodology and Jira software. Strong communication skills; both written and oral. Able to prepare and document business cases, use cases, and workflows. Understanding of test strategy, plans, types, scenarios, and cases. Collaboration with the vendor to ensure product and service provided meets requirements and expectations. Provide a high level of service and support to internal customers. Are open to learning new tools and techniques, data retrieval and visualization methods to achieve team goals.As part of the Requirements Definition team within Security’s Fraud Strategy team, your responsibilities will include capturing demand and requirements related to the fraud prevention platforms and services, driving out uses cases, ROI and leading small to large work efforts. You will work closely with our internal Security customers as well as our Lines of Business across the Enterprise and will be expected to present your work. Under general supervision conducts demand capture and requirements. Conversant with retail and commercial products and channels. With guidance, develops requirements and translates business needs into independent analyses and project deliverables for a department or functional area. Develops business case analyses and ROI.Job Description

Participates in analyzing business requirements and production specifications for changes made to technology applications.

Formulates and defines the system scope and objectives, based on user needs and business processes .

Directs business process improvement projects for internal business groups, aiming to improve business results .

Identifies and documents all system constraints, implications and consequences of various proposed system changes .

Provides recommendations for addressing and resolving business issues, for a specific business group .
