Consulting with the Product Owner on project specifications and requirements Consulting with developers regarding User Stories Collaboration with User Experience Designer regarding user interfaces. Capability to execute and demonstrate software to others at all levels, especially stakeholders. Working on data mapping needs for features Database queries Working on accessibility concerns Working with Web ApplicationsRequired qualifications to be successful in this role: Minimum 3+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience Ability to work independently without daily Product Owner interaction Experience with Agile software development and the SCRUM process Experience writing and collaborating on user stories with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders. Ability to understand the big picture of problem / solution then break down into smaller pieces to engage technical team members. Ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. Ability to lead and facilitate meetings Ability to work with web interfaces across a variety of platforms Attention to detail, ability to document research findings Strong communication skills involving technical issues with both technical team members and technical and non-technical stakeholders Jira and / or Confluence experience, or experience with similar tools Experience in banking/finance industry a plus Some ability with SQL Experience as a customer / user of a banking or wealth web application is a plusCGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
