We\'re seeking a future team member for the role of Cash Management Representative I to join our Treasury Services Operations team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA, and will work a Hybrid schedule (3 days per week in-office required).
In this role, you\'ll make an impact in the following ways:
Works closely within a team within an Agile Platform environment
This position supports Asset Account Services (Retained Assets, Demand Notes and Banking Transaction Services) to provide services to our clients per their contracts
The team also performs settlement functions and assists with researching and resolving out of balance situations within the team scope
Allocates customers work to medium-sized team of staff and monitors workflow to maximize productivity and quality to meet deadlines and daily goals
Works on special projects for the business
Performs day-to-day work when needed
Leverages a strong understanding of the Cash Management processes
Completes all reports as required accurately and on time
May be responsible review and approval actions
Responsible for the quality and completion of own work
Helps develop and contributes to the achievement of team objectives
To be successful in this role, we\'re seeking the following:
High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Bachelors degree preferred
7-10 years of total work experience preferred
Experience in banking operations is preferred
Proficient data entry experience
Prior experience with analyzing data
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Prior experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)

We\'re seeking a future team member for the role of Intermediate Representative, Data Management & Quantitative Analysis to join our Data Operations team. This role is in Pittsburgh, PA - HYBRID.
In this role, you\'ll make an impact in the following ways:
Data Management and Quantitative Analysis - S3Under minimal supervision, compiles, synthesizes and reports on the Banks or market data sources. Provides support with access, maintenance and security activities. May manage moderately complex databases, feeds, etc. and assists with data sources. Conducts preliminary, basic calculations for more senior colleagues and helps develop reports. With minimal guidance, supports day-to-day data management activities. Monitors data feeds and performs data scrubbing for the Data Management and Quantitative Analysis team. Identifies and documents violations, exceptions, or occurrences exceeding tolerance thresholds. Adds and maintains data on the Banks systems, inputs and verifies accuracy of information. Reviews information entered by more junior team members. May test software enhancements and upgrades as necessary. Monitors moderately complex databases and spreadsheets. Performs basic calculations, initiates the execution of data modeling programs and prepares initial drafts of simple charts, graphs or reports. Provides information based on data-related questions from internal and external clients and may help provide solutions. Ensures that all customer responses are thoroughly documented and verified. No direct reports. May provide guidance to more junior roles. Contributes to the achievement of team objectives. Bachelor\'s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience. 2-3 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in the financial industry preferred.

We\'re seeking future team members for our Issuer Services Operations with roles located in Pittsburgh, PA in Hybrid positions.
In this role, you\'ll make an impact in the following ways:
Serves as a team supervisor for the day-to-day operations for a medium-sized to large team or multiple teams of Cash Management support staff and work leads, which may include one to two products or functions.
Manages the day-to-day activities and initiatives of the team and aligns team resources accordingly to complete daily tasks.
Serves as a first line supervisor for assignment of tasks and resolution of issues regarding work allocation.
Works on special projects for the business.
Provides advanced knowledge of the Cash Management processes and equipment and provides technical assistance on moderately complex problems.
Acts as an initial point of contact for issues requiring escalation.
Communicates with corporate clients to discuss high risk pay or no pay decisions and performs adjustments.
Ensures the volume of work produced meets product/service standards and exceeds quality standards, and is properly reviewed and documented.
Completes all reports as required accurately and on time.
Communicates feedback and counseling to staff regarding their performance, as well as to staff supervisor or manager.
To be successful in this role, we\'re seeking the following:

We\'re seeking a future team member for the role of Technology Risk Control Management to join our Clearing Markets Treasury Engineering team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL or Pittsburgh, PA, and will work a Hybrid schedule (3 days per week in-office required). In this role, you\'ll make an impact in the following ways:
As a member of the Clearing, Markets and Issuer Services Technology (CMIST) Risk & Compliance Team, this role is responsible for setting the strategy for identifying, analyzing, monitoring, reporting, and minimizing information technology risks within their assigned portfolio
This role will be responsible for defining, documenting and communicating standardized and proactive processes for technology risk identification, treatment, monitoring and reporting. Supports the assigned line of business in gathering information and preparing for all tech risk related reporting and meetings, i.e. internal and external audit, regulatory interaction, as well as the Key Risk Review and related meetings
Collaborates with the assigned Application managers to ensure tracking and timely remediation of risks is occurring
Supports the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and High Level Assessment (HLA) processes for the assigned portfolio within CMIST
Coordinates the issue and exception/acceptance processes, including self-reported issues
Provides consultative guidance on the prioritization of remediation efforts and supports new initiatives by implementing a \"baked-in\" automated control measurement and monitoring
To be successful in this role, we\'re seeking the following:
Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required
10-12 years of total work experience preferred - mixed experience in application development, computer architecture, and technology/information risk, assurance or advisory strongly preferred
Communication skills must range from participation in detailed technical discussions to business-oriented presentations to working closely with senior management
Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
CISA, CISSP or CRISC and ISACA certifications preferred
Experience defining, implementing and monitoring IT risk management programs, including cyber security related risks
Experience understanding design and operating effectiveness of IT controls and industry related frameworks
Prior hands-on experience within the Risk Control space working with AI/ML framework is a plus
