Position OverviewAs a Digital Product Manager on the Digital Wealth and Investing Team, based in Pittsburgh, PA, you will be responsible for leading efforts to create a world-class digital experience for PNC’s wealth management clients. You will work as product owner on a development team and will need to collaborate well with many teams across the enterprise to drive an improved digital experience for these important clients. You will work closely with experience designers, product owners, developers, scrum masters, line of business and other stakeholders, software service managers, and risk governance partners. Openness to learning new ways of working and new skills is a must and a reasonably strong understanding of technology development processes will be extremely beneficial.For this role, the following background and experience is recommended: Working experience in planning and executing projects A working understanding of the development, build, and deploy processes Experience collaborating with many different types of individuals and teams Ability to communicate well with stakeholders Basic experience navigating risk governance processes Initiation of self-directed learning on new subject matterIn this role, you will be responsible for the following: Supporting the planning and execution of Wealth Management client experiences Being a capable and involved product owner for the development team(s) Coordinating with other product owners to ensure a deliberate approach is being followedfor all work occurring within the same codebase Soliciting stakeholder input and communicating progress, challenges, and risks tostakeholders and other partners Collaborating with technology partners, including software services managers, architects,and developers Working closely with Digital partners, including all other wealth management productowners, to ensure a robust strategy is in place to present a cohesive and intuitive clientexperienceJob Description

Executes digital strategy across business segments to optimize digital experience, leveraging design thinking and other best practices.

Monitors the marketplace to assess digital experience trends and results in order to recommend new digital experiences or enhancements to existing experiences. Prioritizes and decisions recommendations. Supports business case development.

Develops and designs the features of new or existing digital experiences to take advantage of an identified market need or opportunity. Manages the development, production, roll-out or promotion of digital experiences.

Partners with key stakeholders including Product, Technology, MIS, Line of Business, Marketing and other internal service partners as well as external stakeholders to ensure all digital experiences meet their strategic goals. Participates in product-specific marketing initiatives. May participate in client facing activities. As part of the first line of defense, supports risk management, compliance, and audit needs.

Supports business, financial, and customer experience results of digital experiences and effectively recommends modifications in experiences and/or marketing to improve results.
