Evaluation and Reporting AssistantThe University of Pittsburgh Clinical and Translational Science Institute CTSI is seeking an Evaluation and Reporting Assistant to conduct the following tasks:Dashboards and Evaluation Reporting Support

Update and present project dashboards

Support creation and maintenance of slide decks that contain project evaluation data

Support fulfillment of other data requests for reporting

Administrative and Communications Support

Proo documents

Prepare slide decks and schedule meetings focused on evaluation

Take notes to inform an issues and decisions log

Dissemination Support

Identify appropriate journals for manuscript submission

Proo drafts of manuscripts

Support tracking team progress on manuscripts

Support facilitation of dissemination meetings

Bachelor's degree preferred.Must be able to work with a diverse group of people.Job SummaryCollects, inputs, updates, and maintains accurate data on computer systems and in archives. Prepares, compiles, reviews, and verifies data. Designs and prepares advanced reports and data visualizations. Organizes and manipulates data and stores security and backup data files.Essential FunctionsAbility to operate a PC and communicate effectively both verbally and in written form with a broad variety of people. Telephone skills, computer and keyboard skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills. Ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.Physical EffortPosition is generally sedentary, but there may be times when position requires mobility to attend meetings both in person and virtually.
