9151: Intermediate Systems Administrator

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Science, Math, or equivalent experience required.

Minimum of five years' experience in System Administration of Microsoft Exchange (2013 and higher) and Exchange On-line environments required

Minimum of three to five years' experience in System Administration of Email Gateways Appliances (i.e. Proofpoint, Mimecast) preferred

Experience working with endpoint management platforms (Intune) required

Experience working with Veritas Enterprise Vault preferred

Experience with Oracle or SQL databases, Sharepoint, SSL/TLS,

MAJOR DUTIES:

Administer and support the Exchange environment

Mailbox set up and Management.

Messaging Security setup and configuration

Compliance operations and support

Message journaling setup and operations

Message Expiry Operations

Administer and support the Email Gateway environment

Install, and configure Security and Feature updates.

Perform application administration and upgrades; vendor supplied third-party, and licensing.

Ensure system optimization; monitor, troubleshoot and resolve performance issues as they relate to; process, CPU, memory, i/o network, and web server.

Assist in the research, evaluation, and purchase of future hardware platforms and software applications.

HOURS/LOCATION:

8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Overtime as required)

Southpointe location Canonsburg, PA 15317

EXPLANATORY COMMENTS:

Excellent customer service, communication (verbal and written), problem solving and decision-making skills required

Ability to multi-task is a must

Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy required

Able to work independently while still being a team player
