Associate, Technology Service Desk/On-Site Support Analyst I

We\'re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Technology Service Desk/On-Site Support Analyst I to join our Tech - Production Services team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA, United States and it is Hybrid.
In this role, you\'ll make an impact in the following ways:
To provide telephone and email support on proprietary banking software products
To present solutions to a diverse range of product queries including general functionality and training, admin, Tier 1 technical advice, while also supporting the more in-depth business-related queries.
To display excellent communication skills and establish a positive rapport with Clients and internal Lines of Business, including the ability to always portray a polite and helpful persona to all stakeholders.
To effectively use the telephone system and call logging products in accordance with CSD guidelines.
To utilize defined escalatory procedures to ensure issues are escalated and managed in an efficient and effective manner.
Support to Line Manager and Supervisor.
Direct Client facing role, providing Support on the Company wide technology platforms.
Initial contact point for the Bank\'s cash and custody proprietary product client base (internal and external)
Initiator of escalation of business/technical issues to the pertinent Tier 2 elements of CSAT.
Support to Internal Line of Business when required.
To be successful in this role, we\'re seeking the following:
Bachelor\'s degree in a related discipline required
At least educated to A level standard or equivalent - essential
HDI or similar standard - preferable
ITIL qualified - preferable.
Excellent client support experience gained either within a previous Support Desk / Client Training position or client focused role (at least 2 years\' experience).
Proven experience in the support of a product to external clients (preferable).
A working knowledge of the cash and custody business (preferable)
Existing relationships with related business and technical units (preferable)
Understand the cash and custody business and keen to know more (essential)
Excellent level of written and spoken English (essential)
Quick in analysing incoming calls and able to cope with high volumes.
Work in a small team, communication and updating colleagues continuously

We\'re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Service II to join our Default Management group. This role is a hybrid work schedule (3 days a week in office) and can be located out of our Pittsburgh, PA office.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Handles the administration of complex asset backed transactions (CDOs) that are in an Event of Default
Interprets governing instruments to ensure the transactions are administered in accordance with the documents
Prepares and reviews monthly reports and payment calculations for assigned accounts
No direct reports, but provides guidance to less experienced team members as needed
To be successful in this role, we\'re seeking the following:
Bachelor\'s degree or the equivalent
3-5 years of work experience in financial services
Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred

We\'re seeking future team members for our Global Payments and Treasure Service Operations with roles located in Pittsburgh, PA in Hybrid positions.
In this role, you\'ll make an impact in the following ways:
Serves as a team supervisor for the day-to-day operations for a large team or multiple teams of Cash Management support staff and work leads, which may include one to two products or functions.
Manages the day-to-day activities and initiatives of the team and aligns team resources accordingly to complete daily tasks.
Serves as a first line supervisor for assignment of tasks and resolution of issues regarding work allocation.
Resolves the most complex issues that have been escalated.
Works on special projects for the business.
Provides expert knowledge of the Cash Management and Services processes and equipment and provides technical assistance on moderately complex problems.
Acts as the teams initial point of contact for high priority, complex issues requiring escalation.
Communicates with corporate clients to discuss high risk and complex pay or no pay decisions and performs adjustments.
Ensures the volume of work produced meets product/service standards and exceeds quality standards, and is properly reviewed and documented.
Completes all reports as required accurately and on time. Communicates feedback and counseling to staff regarding their performance, as well as to staff supervisor or manager.
Supervises a large team of Cash Management support staff and work leads, or multiple teams.
To be successful in this role, we\'re seeking the following:
High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Bachelors degree preferred.
10 - 12 plus years of total work experience preferred.
Experience in banking operations is preferred.
