We're seeking a future team member for the role of to join our BNY Advisors team.

We are looking for a Marketing Strategist and Project Manager at Vice President level to join our team. This role can be located in Pittsburgh, PA, and is a hybrid working role.

The Marketing Strategist and Project Manager will be responsible for leading small-and-large scale marketing projects from conception through execution. This role will work closely with other members of the marketing team as well as teams across BNY to ensure that our products and services are positioned effectively in the market. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, extensive collaboration, and creative execution.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

Initiating, planning, and executing small to large scale marketing projects, including coordinating campaign material across various channels including collateral, presentation, web and social

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build deep product knowledge, positioning and value propositions and leverage these insights in marketing strategies and campaigns.

Execute marketing plans and campaigns to support product roadmap and strategic priorities.

Work with collaborators to drive execution including deliverables, scope, strategy, requirements, and implementation of projects.

Develop as well as coordinate with the creative, digital, and sales teams to develop and implement marketing strategies.

Managing project budgets and timelines, including tracking project performance using appropriate metrics, tools, and techniques.

Ensure all project stakeholders are kept informed about project progress, deadlines, and potential issues.

Proactively manage projects including resources, collaboration, budgets and reporting.

Identify resource needs and establish roles, expectations, and goals with project team members

Identify, analyze, mitigate, document, and control project risks.

Provide effective, regular communication within the project team, stakeholders, sponsors, and management.

Manage team expectations a d relationships.

Complete additional assigned tasks, such as compliance reviews and distribution

Conduct after-action reviews.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

5-7 years of marketing and project management experience supporting large size and critical projects

Superior understanding of marketing, business, operational, distribution and sales processes

Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with proven ability to engage stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.

Confirmed digital acumen and experience in prioritizing and handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Ability to facilitate and enable clear, succinct communication between cross-functional partners in matrixed environment.

Strong relationship-building skills to build effective working relationships with business leaders.

Ability to identify and drive opportunities for continuous improvement across the program.

Thinks analytically to break down moderately complex issues into smaller, manageable parts.

With support, can discern the most critical pieces of larger analysis.

Curious and asks the right kinds of questions of peers and customers to gain knowledge.
