DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Test Administrator is responsible for proctoring computer-based assessments, tests, or certifications and for the general upkeep of the assessment lab and equipment.Duties include but are not limited to:

Maintain industry credentialing as required by testing companies.

Follow individual test protocol, as well as overall assessment lab policies and procedures to ensure the integrity of each test.

Monitor candidates during each session to ensure no breech in protocol.

Ensure that all equipment is clean, sanitized, and in good working order and that all necessary resources are in supply prior to each test session.

Maintain detailed records for monthly billing.Status: Part TimeLocation: 118 52nd Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15201External Hiring Range: $13.50 up to $14.04/hourTravel Required: some local travel may be required.Schedule: Two (8:30 a.m. 3:00 p.m.) shifts, one on Friday the other day can vary and one (10:00 a.m. 2:00 p.m.) shift per week.QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or Equivalent AND no experience required.Preferred Experience: related to using computers and web-based applications.REQUIRED CLEARANCES, LICENSES, AND CERTIFICATIONS:

Candidates are expected to provide current, valid clearances (Child Abuse Clearance, FBI Fingerprints Clearance, and PATCH) prior to first day of employment.

In this role, you\'ll make an impact in the following ways: Manage the day-to-day servicing needs for a portfolio of syndicated loans. Responsible for accurately reviewing, researching, and analyzing, documentation and data related to trades. Confirm pertinent information for lender validations to ensure timely processing of loan trades. Research and resolve loan related issues, handle complex client inquiries and requests, identify, investigate and resolve escalated and/or complex problem loans. Collaborate with tax, closing and servicing teams as necessary. Verify completion and execution of trade documentation (i.e. trade confirmations, transfer certificates, assignment agreements etc.) prior to release of funds for purchases. Conduct call-backs for new lenders and follow appropriate procedures for trades not received via ClearPar to confirm and authenticate trade and money movement instructions. Verify ownership of existing loan positions prior to execution of sale transactions Record, coordinate and process all settlements from purchases and sales, recording relevant trade and asset information. Track purchase/sale price, accrued interest, loan positions, proceeds, etc. Complete audit confirmations, manage position verifications, and research/resolve discrepancies as needed. Manage complex external client issues (on-going client servicing for various loan structures, resolving operational issues, and technology implementations) Assist in communicating needs and issues with internal and external clients. Use in-depth area knowledge to apply ingenuity and creativity to problems and determines more permanent resolutions. May allocate/coordinate work within a team/project, and employ subject matter and industry expertise within defined area (s) Solve complex problems based on an understanding and knowledge of the intricacies of the loan system. Provide technical assistance and operational support to junior level client processing roles. To be successful in this role, we\'re seeking the following: High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Bachelor\'s degree preferred. 7-10 years of total work experience is preferred. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively across groups within the organization. 3-5 years of directly related experience with Syndicated loans and/or comparable commercial lending experience. Experience with loan-based software: Loan IQ and ClearPar strongly preferred. Ability to lead, provide guidance and work under limited supervision.
