This is an exciting opportunity to join A Place for Mom to lead our growing follow-up inside sales channel:  Approximately 15 Regional Managers and 3 Regional Vice Presidents with 150 Senior Living Advisors (SLAs) report into this senior level sales role.  Senior Living Advisors (SLAs) are inside sales representatives, focused on following up through proactive outbound phone, text, and email communications.  They work closely with families and community partners to advise families on senior care options to find the right senior living communities that match their needs. This role requires a combination of strong analytical and sales leadership skills, a commitment to delivering a seamless family experience, and the ability to work cross functionally with other business unit throughout the organization to maximize outcomes and drive company success.Drive sales to achieve targets each month and quarter for follow-up SLA sales teamManage and lead team to achieve day to day sales metrics utilizing multiple exception reports in multiple systemsMonitor and analyze sales performance; fully accountable to achieving sales goal goalsDevelop, distribute and present performance and progress reports to executive leadership team.Implement forward-thinking processes aimed at developing and improving sales results and customer retention/satisfaction based on extensive analytics and comprehensive understanding of the operation.Oversee sales compensation, incentives, and sales targets for sales team.  Lead and support Regional Manager & Regional Vice President Team that are the direct leaders to each SLA regional teamCoordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes with Finance and HROversee all hiring, promotions, compensation, and termination decisions for staff.Collaborate with the Product & Tech teams to implement new sales technology features and data driven approaches to prioritize lead pipelines.Serve as an expert resource on sales process, procedures, and techniques by maintaining and enhancing product, process, communication and sales skills.Initiate and foster teamwork within the department to create and maintain an environment of partnership, quality service, and superior sales results.Occasional overnight travel required for Divisional and Organizational Sales Meetings, with additional local travel to visit our community customers in the market
