We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Technology Control Management, to join our Technology Services Group team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA, or Lake Mary, Florida via a hybrid work arrangement (thrice a week in the office).

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

Uses in-depth knowledge of information technology, risk and control frameworks, risk and control theory and practice, and controls implementation and assessment to determine potential risks to the organization.

Identify Engineering stakeholders and coordinate the timely and accurate delivery of required information and supporting evidence, and execution of remediations.

Support and/or lead monitoring and reporting of key technology risk indicators, issues, and incidents, and escalate as appropriate.

Manages analysis and draws conclusions to recommend and direct any resulting change needed to mitigate risk.

Support and execute the Engineering control management strategy in alignment with the Firm's policies and risk appetite, and regulatory requirements.

Support the continuous improvement, enhancement and execution of Engineering control management processes, systems, and related trainings to help foster strong risk culture and awareness within the Firm.

Help provide guidance and advice to the senior management, business units, and Engineering functions on Engineering related control topics.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

At least 8 years of experience in technology risk management, IT audit, IT security, or IT governance, or similar related fields within the financial services industry.

Demonstrates strong knowledge of technology risk management frameworks, methodologies, and standards, such as COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST, etc.

Strong written and verbal communication. Communications and organization skills; teamwork skills; possess strong interpersonal skills to support mentoring.

Experience within the technology space with a matured understanding in dealing with stakeholders, including senior leaders.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the region where they apply.
