We\'re seeking a future team member for the role of Robotics Process Automation - Controller to join our Business Automation Processing team. This role is in Pittsburgh, PA - HYBRID.
In this role, you\'ll make an impact in the following ways:
Essential Job Functions:
Monitor and manage Bots and automated processes within the UiPath and Blue Prism Application Platforms
Provides RPA support or technical support services
Conducts a wide range of technical analysis to troubleshoot RPA performance or execution issues
Reviews system requirements and business processes; coordinate infrastructure installation, and implements software solutions
Analyzes software support requirements
Supports infrastructure and platform with users during development, user acceptance testing, and production
Manage environments, release automated processes to various environments and support post implementation
Maintain/update documentation of RPA processes and Platform management
Monitor and manage RPA Platform
Support releases and testing of automated processing
Manage Bot users and integrated applications
Maintain Controller schedule
Lead support team by providing assistance and guidance to Controllers as well as facilitating the team\'s success
