Neighborhood restaurant seeking all boh positions. We offer competitive wages and full time employees are offered medical benefits after 90 days and a weeks paid vacation after a year. There is opportunity for advancement for all and should the right resume come along there is currently room for a sous chef on staff as well. Dishwashers- evening shifts only available no extreme late nights close at 10 during week 11 on Friday and Saturday. Located on bus line. Responsibilities include but not limited too, manual and machine washing all dishes, silver, glass and cooking utensils, restocking plates in stations, cleanliness of dish area, closing of dish area to provided specifications.

Prep cook- a mix of daylight, evening or swing shifts. Responsibilities include but not limited too, preparation of hot and cold food items according to company specified recipes and specs, receiving orders and rotating stock, cleanliness and organization of food storage areas, assisting line cooks as needed.

Garde manger- Evening shifts available. Responsibilities include but not limited too, execution and plating of all salads, desserts, and cold appetizers, stocking and rotating cooler, cleanliness and breakdown of station to provided specifications.

Line cook- Evening grill shifts available. Responsibilities include but not limited too, fulfilling server checks in timely manner adhering to company specifications for each dish, cooking meats, fish and poultry to order to temperature, stocking and mis en place of station, cleanliness and breakdown of station to provided specifications.

Lunch/brunch cook- Full time day light hours to include 3 weekly lunch shifts and Saturday and Sunday brunch shifts. Responsibilities include but not limited too, set up of kitchen stations, preparation of hot and cold foods, fulfilling server checks as ordered, breakdown and reset of stations.
