Dave and Andy’s Homemade Ice Cream has been in business for over 40 years, becoming a staple of the Oakland community. We are currently seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Ice Cream Scooper to join our team!
Duties
- Scoop, create, and serve menu items to customers
- Operate register and handle transactions/orders
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and sanitization of all serving areas and equipment
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure quality of product
- Provide a positive, hardworking, and reliable attitude to help maintain an amazing ice cream experience for all customers and team members
Experience
- Previous experience in a food service environment (preferred)
- Familiarity with POS systems (preferred)
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices (preferred)
- Food Safety Manager Certification (preferred)
