This position is for a Manager who will be one of the primary Ice Cream Makers. The OWNERS will provide training and the goal is to train and develop this Manager to run the day to day operations of the store. Managing inventory purchases, making ice cream, managing the store employee schedule, training current and new employees our process. This candidate "MUST" have a passion for details and customer service. We deliver high volumes of ice cream daily. Delivering quality ice cream and a friendly customer service experience are critical to the position. We are a family owned business, 41 years and serving the Oakland community.
