Bob’s Diner is hiring an experienced kitchen manager for our fast paced, fun, family owned restaurant business. This is a salaried position based on experience, with flexibility for all shifts necessary.
We are on the hunt for an experienced kitchen manager/sous chef, to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen staff. As the kitchen manager, you will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, ordering supplies, scheduling shifts, maintain and cleaning kitchen and it’s equipment and monitoring inventory levels. You will have shifts on the line.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have proven culinary and management experience.
Other Responsibilities:
Recruit and train kitchen employees
Work with owner and Executive Chef to insure a quality product is being produced at all times.
Work with Commissary/Catering Manager to ensure availability of all menu items, which includes filling out inventory sheet.
Salary range: $40-50k per year
