Available Positions:
We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated individuals for the following roles:
Line Cook (Full-Time and Part-Time)
These positions are ideal for culinary professionals with at least 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
Operating Hours:
Tuesday to Saturday: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Sunday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Closed evenings)
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare line stations for dinner service, including main dishes, salads, sides, and appetizers.
Collaborate with servers to ensure customer orders are prepared to specifications.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation at the conclusion of each shift.
Ensure the kitchen adheres to all food safety procedures and regulations.
ServSafe Certification is required (or the willingness to obtain it upon hiring).
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a kitchen or culinary environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as part of routine kitchen duties.
Basic knife skills for food preparation and cooking tasks.
Must have reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards.
Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
