We are seeking garmage, grill and sauté cooks who are comfortable in an active, fast paced environment and have experience working in a restaurant kitchen. Line Cooks will perform a range of kitchen duties including chopping ingredients, preparing food, refilling condiments and ensuring that the restaurant is always stocked with supplies. Our ideal candidate is hard-working, responsible and self-motivated.
Sautéing and Grilling Dishes
Preparing sauces: Preparing sauces and gravies to accompany dishes
Preparing appetizers: Preparing hot appetizers
Preparing different meats: Preparing fish and steak dishes
Maintaining station: Keeping the sauté and or grill station clean and well-organized
Following recipes: Ensuring food is prepared and served according to recipes
