Laborer – Handyman
Full & Part Time positions available or Sub contractor
Immediate Hire $19.00 starting salary or more depending on experience
Apartment management company seeks experienced, energetic individual able to perform the following tasks:
Painting -&- Patchwork
o Basic drywall installation
Basic:
o Plumbing: changing out garbage disposals, install dishwasher, toilet flaps, faucets, etc.
o Electric: switch plates and outlets
Lawn care:
o Grass cutting
o Leaf cleanup
o Landscape maintenance
Carpentry:
o Measure & install window blinds
o Install flooring: wood/tile
To be considered, applicant must have:
Reliable transportation: truck/Ability to transfer tools/materials
Current, valid driver’s license
Possess clean drug free and criminal record
