I’m an experienced debtor’s bankruptcy paralegal with a wealth of hands-on experience in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 cases, document drafting, e-filing, client consults, trustee communication, and court procedures. I know the practice and the procedures—and I’m looking to partner with an entrepreneurial-minded attorney who is ready to build a focused, efficient bankruptcy practice in the Pittsburgh area.
What I bring:
Deep working knowledge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court system: Chapters 7, 11, and 13
Experience with top legal software (e.g., Best Case, CINcompass, CM/ECF, etc.)
Built-in systems for intake, documentation, case filing, case monitoring, calendaring
Knowledge of the Local Rules and procedures
Assistance with firm marketing and setup
Attorney training, if needed
