Admin Needed for local Property Management Company

Needed:

Full time Admin/Leasing Agent needed for our Brentwood, Squirrel Hill and Shadyside rental locations.

We are currently looking for a friendly and motivated individual to join our team.

The position will be Admin with some Leasing duties, as needed.

ADMINISTRATIVE:

Answer incoming calls and emails from prospective and current residents.

Assist residents with work order and general complaints.

Physically inspect property when on grounds, pick up litter and report any service needs to Manager or Maintenance.

Assist with filing and maintaining office organization.

Attend company meetings when requested.

MARKETING AND LEASING:

Answer incoming phone calls and handle each call whether it is a lead call, resident, service request, etc. Transfer calls to Manager when necessary.

Maintain a professional, yet friendly, environment in the leasing office and other areas where prospective and current residents meet.

Inspect vacant and upcoming vacancies to ensure cleanliness and alert manager to any work required.

Answer emails daily to assist all prospective and current residents with their inquiries.

Greet prospective residents, qualify and determine their needs, preferences and move-in time frame, Show the apartment(s) while pointing out pricing, utilities required and amenities.

Process rental applications and leases.

Assist new tenants with move-in appointments.

Perform marketing duties for lead generation as needed.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to apartments.

GENERAL

Performs any additional duties assigned by Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

All applicants must have their own vehicle with up-to-date license, insurance and registration.

Admin, Sales and Leasing experience recommended but not required.

We will train the right candidate.

WORK HOURS:

Employee will be required to work a flexible work schedule which may include evenings and rotating weekends, as needed.

This position will require that you work from multiple offices throughout the week.

Rental commission is offered along with hourly wage.
