Job Description:

Position Overview:

The Sales Administrator and Lead Specialist at ICPGH will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. A successful candidate will contribute to the growth of our business by efficiently managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and nurturing client relationships. The ideal candidate has an interest in design and is familiar with current home storage and interior design trends.

Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

-Coordinate and schedule client appointments and meetings.

-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities.

-Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations.

Lead Management:

-Manage and prioritize leads, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement.

-Qualify leads and distribute them to the appropriate sales representatives.

-Maintain a CRM system to track leads and customer interactions.

-Respond to leads on nights and weekends

Client Relationship Management:

-Cultivate positive relationships with clients through effective communication.

-Address client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

-Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Administrative Tasks:

-Handle administrative responsibilities such as data entry, filing, and document management.

-Generate reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

-Assist in coordinating sales events and promotional activities.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Previous experience in the home improvement or design industry is a plus.
