Join our dynamic team as an Automotive Technician, where your skills and passion for vehicles will drive our success! In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of automotive service and repair, ensuring that every vehicle meets the highest standards of safety and performance. You’ll work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals who share your commitment to excellence.
What you’ll do
Conduct repairs and maintenance on various systems including powertrain, transmissions, and automotive electrical systems.
Perform PA State Emissions Test
Perform PA State Safety Inspections
Execute alignment services and ensure vehicles are road-ready by performing thorough inspections.
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating repair needs clearly and professionally to the advisor.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Basic qualifications
Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic in a dealership or service environment, at least 2 years.
Hold a Valid Driver's License
Pass a Background & Drug Test
Hold a Valid PA Emissions Inspector License
Hold a Valid PA State Safety Inspection License
Have a Reliable mode of transportation
Have your own "basic" tools and tool storage - Specialty tools provided by the shop
Be a team player and work well with others
Have good communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
Must be able to uphold Honesty, Integrity and have a desire to see yourself and your shop succeed
Preferred qualifications
Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools.
Familiarity with multiple makes and models (we service all)
Welding skills are a plus!
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
