HVAC Installer Wanted – Join Our Growing Team at MRT HVAC
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Installer with 5+ years of hands-on field experience to join our team. If you are skilled, motivated, and ready to grow with a company that values quality and reputation, we want to hear from you!
About the Position:
Full-time: 40 hours/week
Pay range: $25 – $35 per hour (based on experience and skills)
Company vehicle may be provided after probation period if you are the right fit.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years HVAC experience
Ability to install:
Ductwork (sheet metal & flex)
Furnaces
Air conditioning systems
Refrigeration work, line sets, pulling vacuums
Comfortable using gauges, meters, and tools of the trade
Some service knowledge preferred (not full service tech role, but should understand basic troubleshooting)
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first mindset
