Position: Hotel Administrative Assistant
Salary: $23.50 per hour
Working hours: 40 hours per week

What You’ll Do
Prepare, edit and proofread hotel correspondence, invoices, event contracts, staff schedules, and guest service reports.
Handle incoming calls and emails related to hotel administration, vendors, and event bookings, and ensure timely communication with managers and relevant departments.
Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for hotel management.
Order office and hospitality supplies (such as stationery, brochures, name tags, and event materials) and maintain inventory records.
Establish and maintain electronic and paper filing systems for hotel administration, event bookings, and guest records.
Record and prepare minutes of management meetings and assist in preparing monthly hotel reports.
Compile data and maintain administrative records for hotel operations, staff scheduling, vendor accounts, and special events.
Provide administrative support to hotel managers and coordinate with different departments (front desk, housekeeping, marketing) to ensure smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For
Completion of secondary school is required; higher education credential is a strong asset.
At least one year work experience in administration is required. Experience in hospitality industry is an asset.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Friendly and professional communication skills.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office systems.
Someone who enjoys being part of a team and helping others succeed.
A positive attitude and willingness to step in and get things done.
