We are seeking a professional, positive, self-motivated, well-spoken, organized, and detail-oriented person to join our team as an Office Manager at Sierra View Association which is a 1267 member Homeowner’s Association in the Poconos. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing administrative tasks, staff supervision, interacting with Board of Directors and members, customer service, collections, and coordinating schedules. This is a Full-Time position. No benefits are provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with HOA Covenants as well as company policies and procedures
- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Supervise administrative staff and provide training and support as needed
- Perform all Financial Record Keeping, Payroll, Payroll Taxes
- Financial tasks, such as invoicing, billing, and budget tracking
- Lead efforts to collect delinquent assessments
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and communications(Electronic, In-Person, and Telephone)
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Lead special projects and initiatives at the direction of the Board of Directors
-Oversee Code Enforcement
- Oversee management of Seasonal Pool Staff
-Oversee maintenance of common areas
- Must be able to take direction from the Board of Directors
- Available for Board of Director’s meetings once every other month on Sunday and General Membership meeting the first Sunday of October
Skills:
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles
- Strong Project Management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, PDF Software, and other office software programs
- Proficient in Intuit QuickBooks Software
- Familiarity with Online Payroll Tax Facilities
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
-Must be able to give direction
-Basic knowledge of how to navigate and interpret HOA governing documents including Deed Covenants and ByLaws
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
5+ years’ experience preferred
Must be bondable and pass a background check
Salary Range based on experience-$55,000-$60,000
