Apply today and experience the fulfillment of public service and the chance to grow professionally.DESCRIPTION OF WORKAs the Facility Financial Manager for DHS, you will be directly responsible for ensuring the operations of the Accounting, Purchasing and Warehousing departments are conducted efficiently and effectively. You will have the opportunity to develop budget projections for all areas of the Center and subsequent monitoring of budget status throughout the fiscal year by reviewing expenditure reports, collections reports, contracts, projects, and capital requests. Work includes providing detailed cost analysis of center operations and programs, developing record keeping and reporting systems, and preparation of detailed financial reports.

Full-time employment

Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.

Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITYQUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

Four years of professional or technical budgeting, accounting, purchasing/procurement, disbursement and expenditures, collections or cost reporting experience; and a bachelor's degree in business administration, business education or a related field which included at least fifteen credit hours in accounting; or

An equivalent combination of experience and training which included at least fifteen college level credit hours in accounting.Other Requirements:
