Apply now and join our team committed to public service!DESCRIPTION OF WORKAs a Maintenance Repairman 2, you will complete journey-level work in several trades, exercising technical independence to determine proper methods and procedures. This will include plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, plaster, painting, air conditioning, and refrigeration work. In addition, you will paint, perform masonry, remove snow, and interpret sketches and diagrams. This role will also collaborate with other staff and assist with the transportation of residents.Interested in learning more? Full-time employment
Work hours are 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. May change based on operational needs.
Overtime as needed.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITYQUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
Two years of experience as a Maintenance Repairman 1; or
Four years of experience in building and plant maintenance work, which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades; or
Any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant with the required knowledges, skills, and abilities.Special Requirements:
This position requires possession of a valid Class C Driver's License.Other Requirements:
