If this sounds like a job you could be passionate about, we want you to work with us!DESCRIPTION OF WORKIn this position, you will have the opportunity to play a major role in performing entry-level operational support for the accounting responsibilities of the Bureau. You will assist in the review and issuance of financial statements, filing of reports required under the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act (FFATA), administration of the Commonwealth's credit card programs, and the review of subrecipient single audit reports, among other duties. In this role, you will also support database management, record retention tracking, and monitoring and responding to resource account inquires. Full-time employment
Work hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. You must work in the office one to two days per pay period. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.
Salary: All new employees with the Commonwealth will start at the minimum salary

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITYQUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
Two years of experience in varied office management or staff work; and bachelor's degree; or any equivalent combination of experience and training.
Additional Requirements:
You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Preferred Qualifications (not required):
Database Management Experience
Microsoft Sharepoint and/or Power Apps Experience
