The rank is open, with Associate or Full tenured positions considered for candidates with outstanding qualifications and experience. The field is Behavioral Economics, broadly defined. Our hire is expected to teach undergraduate courses in Behavioral Economics. The Villanova School of Business has a behavioral research lab that may be utilized in the candidate's research and teaching. Being situated in the business school, the department is especially interested in hiring individuals with strong applied research skills and an interest in business-related topics.

Founded in 1922, Villanova School of Business is known for academic rigor; creativity and innovation; a firm grounding in ethics; and an applied education that prepares students to become outstanding leaders and global citizens within the ever-changing, complex, and fast-paced world of business. The school includes over 1,700 undergraduate students. In addition to the undergraduate degrees, the school offers a traditional and online MBA, Executive MBA, and a variety of Masters' programs. Villanova School of Business is regularly recognized as one of the top undergraduate and graduate programs in the U.S. Recent rankings include the undergraduate program #14 by Poets & Quants, part-time MBA program #25 by U.S. News & World Report and the EMBA program #10 by CEO Magazine.
